About Me
My name is Lesle, and I am an independent celebrant based in Torfaen, South Wales, providing personalised ceremonies for families and couples across the local area.
I trained with the UK Society of Celebrants, a highly recognised professional organisation, and I have several years of experience supporting people through some of life’s most important moments. My role as a celebrant is to listen carefully to your wishes and create a ceremony that truly reflects the people at the heart of it.
Whether I am helping a family say farewell to a loved one, supporting a couple as they begin a new chapter together, or marking another meaningful milestone, every ceremony I write is created individually. I take time to understand your story, your memories, and the atmosphere you would like the ceremony to have.
For families arranging a funeral or celebration of life, my aim is to create a service that honours the personality, values, and life of the person who has died while providing comfort and support to those attending. Each ceremony can include personal tributes, music, readings, or spiritual elements if desired.
Being trusted to lead such important moments in people’s lives is something I approach with great care, respect, and professionalism.
The Services I Offer
Funerals
As a funeral celebrant in South Wales, I work with families to create a meaningful ceremony that honours the life of their loved one. Each service is written individually and can be completely non-religious or include hymns, prayers, readings, or spiritual elements if desired. My aim is to create a respectful and life-centred ceremony that celebrates the person who has died while gently acknowledging the grief of those who are saying goodbye.
Weddings
Your wedding ceremony is an opportunity to celebrate your relationship and share your commitment with the people who matter most to you. As an independent wedding celebrant, I work with couples to create a ceremony that reflects their personalities and wishes, whether formal or relaxed, traditional or modern. Many couples choose to include meaningful readings, music, or symbolic elements such as handfasting, unity candles, or sand ceremonies to make the moment truly personal.
Ceremonies
I also offer a range of bespoke celebrant ceremonies in South Wales, including baby naming ceremonies and vow renewals. These occasions are a wonderful way to mark important milestones, welcome a child into the family, or celebrate the strength of a long-lasting relationship. Each ceremony is written personally for you, ensuring it reflects your story and creates a meaningful moment to share with family and friends.
